Rebrand Workflow: A Seamless Transformation for Your Business
Rebranding is more than just a visual update—it’s about creating a unified identity that reflects your business’s values and resonates with your audience. At Boondock Consulting, we take a structured approach to ensure a smooth transition, from logo design to brand launch. With a dedicated Project Manager (PM) overseeing timelines, vendor coordination, and deliverables, you can focus on running your business while we handle the details.
The Project: A Full Rebrand
This workflow outlines how we manage a rebranding project that includes:
Logo design
New brand guide (color palette, fonts, and usage rules)
Website redesign
Awareness campaign to launch your new brand (email, social, and paid ads)
1. Initial Consultation & Strategy Session
Who’s involved? Client, Sierra (Boondock Consulting), Project Manager, Brand Specialist
What happens?
We discuss your business goals, target audience, and brand vision to ensure the new identity aligns with your long-term strategy.
Sierra and the Brand Specialist gather inspiration, competitive insights, and brand personality preferences.
The Project Manager (PM) establishes a timeline and key milestones for the project.
Benefit: A clear roadmap is set from the start, reducing back-and-forth and ensuring all elements of the rebrand align.
2. Logo Design & Brand Guide Development
Who’s involved? Brand Specialist, Sierra (Boondock Consulting), Project Manager, Client
What happens?
The Brand Specialist creates logo concepts based on the strategy session.
Once a direction is chosen, the Brand Guide is developed, which includes:
Color palette
Typography and font guidelines
Logo variations and usage rules
Brand voice & messaging guidance (if needed)
The PM reviews drafts, collects any early feedback, and ensures smooth communication between the Brand Specialist and the client.
Benefit: You get a professionally designed brand identity that ensures consistency across all future marketing efforts.
3. Website Redesign
Who’s involved? Web Designer, Sierra (Boondock Consulting), Project Manager, Client
What happens?
The Web Designer incorporates the new brand identity into a website redesign.
Sierra ensures the site is optimized for SEO, user experience, and mobile-friendliness.
The PM gathers feedback and ensures the design stays on schedule.
A staging site is shared for client review and final tweaks.
Benefit: Your new website will look professional, function smoothly, and reflect your updated brand identity.
4. Awareness Campaign Planning & Execution
Who’s involved? Sierra (Boondock Consulting), Project Manager, Client
What happens?
Sierra develops a marketing strategy to announce your rebrand. This may include:
Email campaign to inform customers and leads about the rebrand
Social media content (graphics, captions, and hashtag strategy)
Paid ad campaigns to increase brand awareness
Press release (if applicable)
The PM ensures all materials are created, scheduled, and launched on time.
A review period is included for adjustments before launch.
Benefit: A well-planned launch maximizes exposure and engagement with your new brand.
5. Final Review & Project Completion
Who’s involved? Sierra (Boondock Consulting), Project Manager, Client
What happens?
The PM conducts a final check to ensure all deliverables (logo files, brand guide, website, and campaign assets) are complete.
Sierra provides recommendations for next steps (ongoing marketing, content updates, etc.).
The client receives all final assets, and the project is officially closed.
Benefit: A seamless transition into your new brand identity, with all assets in place for a successful future.

Promotional Video Project Workflow: Why Stop With Just Video Content?
Whether you need a video, print collateral, or a full-scale marketing campaign, our structured workflow ensures clear communication, efficient execution, and a stress-free experience.
The Project: A Video with Printed Promotional Collateral
Let’s say you need a promotional video and print collateral for an upcoming event. Here’s how we manage the project from start to finish:
1. Initial Consultation
Who’s involved? You (the client), Sierra (Boondock Consulting), and our Project Manager (PM).
What happens? We discuss your vision, goals, and any initial requirements you have for the project.
Benefit: You don’t have to juggle multiple vendors. Boondock Consulting serves as your single point of contact.
2. Project Setup & Vendor Coordination
Who’s involved? Boondock’s PM, a videographer, and a graphic designer.
What happens? The PM gathers all necessary details and relays them to the right vendors. They also request any missing information and establish a realistic timeline based on vendor availability.
Benefit: You don’t have to chase down vendors or worry about scheduling. We ensure everything is moving forward.
3. Initial Draft Review
Who’s involved? The vendors (videographer & designer) and Boondock’s PM.
What happens? The vendors submit the first drafts, which are reviewed internally by the PM. Any obvious revisions or missing elements are addressed before you ever see the drafts.
Benefit: You receive a more polished first version, reducing the back-and-forth.
4. Client Review & Revisions
Who’s involved? You (the client) and Boondock’s PM.
What happens? You review the drafts and submit any feedback. The PM consolidates your requests and communicates them clearly to the vendors.
Benefit: You don’t have to explain the same feedback to multiple people—we handle it for you.
5. Final Edits & Delivery
Who’s involved? Vendors, Boondock’s PM, and you.
What happens? The final versions are submitted, reviewed once more by the PM for quality assurance, and then sent to you for final approval.
Benefit: A dedicated PM ensures everything meets your expectations before final delivery.
Why This Workflow Works for You
Fewer touchpoints – You communicate with one person instead of multiple vendors.
Dedicated project management – We track timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure quality control.
Simplified billing – One invoice, one predictable payment structure.
Less hassle, better results – We take the complexity out of project execution, so you can focus on your business.
